In our park you will find giraffes, rhinos, lions, zebras and lemurs from Madagascar, African, Asian elephants and camels, Australian and American but also European animal species, such as fallow deer, owls, and more.
The Abruzzo Zoo is a wildlife park with a pedestrian path where you can see the animals up close.
You will be able to interact with them, attend educational demonstrations and participate in interactive workshops that will put adults and children in direct contact with our animal friends.
The entrance ticket includes a free visit to the park for the whole day, the viewing of all the scheduled shows and the use of the new picnic area created under a forest of centuries-old oaks and olive trees.

The meerkat is a mongoose of the Erpestidae family, the only species of the Suricata genus, widespread in the deserts of southern Africa.
Thanks to the absence of dense vegetation and shrubs to hide behind, predators can be spotted from afar, and the risk of being caught is greatly reduced.
