Original Naturalistic Museum dedicated to Flowers, Flora and the plant kingdom, with educational itineraries and panels, laboratories, game stations, botanical garden and a natural park with path and picnic area.
An interactive and multimedia nature museum created within the woods of the Monte Rufeno Regional Nature Reserve to raise awareness of the richness of the blooms, biodiversity and traditions of the area.
From the Games to the Herbarium, from the Laboratory to the Path, each of its spaces, internal or external, is dedicated to the many interpretations with which the theme of flowers can be approached.
A place, in short, where you can finally discover “everything you wanted to know about flowers but never dared to ask“.
The Sections
The Museum is structured into sections that deal with different topics following a possible visit route. However, this is not fixed and can be built or “reconstructed” by visitors depending on their needs and curiosities.
Communication is entrusted to exhibits and models, but also to interactive tools, panels, games and multimedia programs present in the stations located in the various rooms. The offer is completed by a Nature trail, an educational and research laboratory, a screening room and a playroom.
Visit to the Mill and Picnic
To discover the area you can venture into the ‘Flower Nature Trail‘, an easy circular route, with 21 educational stations that leads to the Subissone stream, in a Botanical Garden and the Ancient Water Mill.
The Path has a Picnic Area equipped with wooden tables and benches.
