IN WINTER

Piani di Bobbio are a very popular ski resort, both by skiers and by those who want to spend a holiday in the snow, with the possibility of staying in various refuges directly on the ski slopes.

Together with the town of Valtorta they form a single ski area, with numerous slopes of varying difficulty, modern ski lifts, Rossignol school camp, B-rent Rental, B-School Cci school, bobsled slopes and lots of fun ! Close to the city, also reachable by bus or snow train.

Most of the slopes are also suitable for beginners and advanced skiers. However, there is no shortage of slopes capable of satisfying even expert skiers

Bobbio Park Snowboard
At the arrival of the first chairlift, it spreads over an area of 1500 m2, divided into 5 floors each with 3 different structures and with a final quarter for both beginners and more experts.
The Snow Park Bobbioland is served by a moving carpet.

Several ski and equipment rental points

An area dedicated to Bobs and Sleds, served by a carpet. Have fun on fun descents with friends or family! The bobsleigh areas also provide a moment of fun on the snow for those who don’t know how to ski yet.

Snowshoes
There is the Pequeno route dedicated to snowshoes, which starts near the bobsleigh area (as soon as you reach altitude on the right), continues towards the former Hotel Pequeno, and it is then possible to return to the starting point departure via the new Orscellera chairlift.
In Artavaggio discover the slope dedicated to snowshoes, while in Piani d’Erna you can venture into the Nature Route. Finally, enjoy the most beautiful views of Alta Valsassina along the snow-covered paths of the Pian delle Betulle.

If you don’t have snowshoes you can rent them at the B-Rent rental shop

IN SUMMER

the Piani di Bobbio are a destination for Hikers and Mountaineers, who frequent the various Trekking and Mountain Bike itineraries.

for Freeride enthusiasts (from May to September)

Climbing
with the via ferrata Zucco Pesciola towards the top of Zucco Campelli (2174 m). Other well-equipped and signposted crags for climbers are the Zucco Angelone (at the base of the cable car), also ideal for those who are new to climbing, and the Corna di Bobbio, the large bastion under the Piani di Bobbio.

Excursions
From the Piani di Bobbio it is possible to undertake various excursions, for example towards the Piani di Artavaggio along the Sentiero degli Stradini. The Rifugio Lecco, the Rifugio Stella, the Ratti-Cassin and the Gran Baita are all located in the Piani di Bobbio, offering stopping points and refreshment
