A panoramic hike and a spectacular waterfall located in an area rich in vegetation and breathtaking landscapes.
Sopino Waterfall, approximately 15 meters high, surrounded by typical local vegetation, with a natural pool that also invites you to cool off on hot days.
It is located just outside the center of Limone sul Garda and can be reached via a 3.5 km trail with an average duration of about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The trail is easy and suitable for everyone.
Getting there is very simple: a scenic walk starting from the center of Limone sul Garda, following the Sentiero del Sole (signposted 135 / Ciclabile del Garda) to a crossroads where a short detour leads directly to the waterfall.
Follow the Via Nova, surrounded by olive trees and bougainvillea, and cross the Sè stream until you pass the Hotel Villa Romantica, where you can take a scenic break.
Further ahead, you’ll find the signs for the waterfall; take an uphill path that leads to the Gardesana road.
After crossing the stream, continue along a long staircase with a green railing until you reach the foot of the waterfall.
The trail is well marked, with signs in Italian and English, and offers splendid views of Lake Garda, with the opportunity to take memorable photographs.
The trail continues towards the town center, passing the Torbole Belvedere and the little church of San Rocco.

A well-marked trail that starts from the center of Limone sul Garda and heads north. Following this trail, you’ll find signs for the Sopino Waterfall.
Woodland Trail
The trail winds through a lush forest, offering numerous panoramic views of the lake. After about an hour’s walk, you’ll reach the waterfall.
