Ideal for Nature and Botany enthusiasts. A perfect spring and summer excursion, even for families with children.

In the area known as Paradiso Valley are the Paradiso Waterfall, about 40 meters high, and the Conifer Botanical Garden. A Botanical Garden where you can observe rare plants and living fossil species.

The route is simple and suitable for everyone, with a small elevation gain that can be overcome without particular difficulty and can be reached with a walk of about 20 minutes from the center of the “Valle” district of Ome.

The itinerary allows you to discover not only the waterfall, but also the local wild flora and some edible plants.

The route starts from the parking lot, next to the church of San Lorenzo, in the Ome Valley, with a journey of about 2 km and a duration of approximately two hours.

After the first 200 meters, the road becomes a dirt road. Following the Gandovere stream, you’ll find a picnic area and shortly thereafter, you’ll reach the beautiful Paradiso Waterfall.
