Trains, Dolls, Toy Cars, Toy Soldiers, a collection of old and modern toys with displays ranging from traditional to more recent toys. A fascinating place for both children and adults.

The Piccolo Museo del Giocattoli was founded by Massimo Cingolani, a passionate collector who dedicated over 60 years of his life to collecting toys of all kinds and is housed in an apartment of about 100 square meters divided into different thematic areas, one for each room

The collection has more than 15,000 pieces and ranges from Toy Trains (with particular attention to the Rivarossi locomotives of the 50s and the Märklin, Lionel, Elettren and LAC models) to Historical Toy Cars (Politoys, Mercury, Ediltoys), from Military vehicles to Trams, Buses, Bakelite Ships, up to Toy Soldiers, Planes, Tanks and Surprise Bags from the 50s and 60s.

Particularly curious are the displays dedicated to miniature hearses, Volkswagen vans, rare versions of Barbie (from Marilyn Monroe to Samantha Cristoforetti, Star Trek, Che Guevara, Barbie in a wheelchair, Barbie Coca Cola and Disney).
The museum also houses fully functioning model railways, historical dioramas and unique pieces such as a pink Kalashnikov (obviously deactivated)

Admission is free, but it is necessary to book the visit by directly contacting Massimo Cingolani, who personally welcomes visitors and tells stories and anecdotes about the toys on display
