The Centro Arti Visive Pescheria is one of the most important centers for Contemporary Art in the Marche region, housed in a suggestive historic building that unites past and present.
Founded in 1996 inside the old fish market, an elegant neoclassical building from 1821-1823, the center has quickly established itself as a regional and national reference point for Contemporary Art, Design, Photography and Performance Exhibitions.
The transformation of the space, which also includes the suggestive former Church of Suffragio, offers an exhibition environment of great charm, where history merges with the creativity of the present.
The management of the Pescheria Foundation guarantees a high-level program, with exhibitions of Italian and international artists, cultural events and collaborations with schools and academies.
