On the occasion of Messer Tulipano, the new season of openings to the public of the Castle is inaugurated which offers the following itinerary:
Daily life in an ancient home
The Castle can be visited from early spring to late autumn with a journey to discover daily life in an ancient Savoy residence: from the cellars to the pantries, from the fruit rooms to the hall dedicated to the systems for lighting and heating the residence, from the servants to the Master of the House’s study, from the busy kitchens to the office, from the bathroom to the music room and then the Minister’s study, the children’s room, the fully furnished dining room and the hall of honor where they still seem resound the steps of the dancers.

Alongside the walk in the park among the colors of the tulips, there are suggestions themed exhibitions and scenography exceptional.

To allow everyone to spend a fun and peaceful day outdoors with the whole family, the park offers benches for resting and picnicking, a café and an area for purchasing local products, gastronomic delights, plants, flowers and household items.

In the park, for four-legged friends, bowls of fresh water and a real Dog Lounge.
On the occasion of Messer Tulipano it is possible to visit the castle, still the habitual residence of the counts of Pralormo, by choosing between two different itineraries:

the first, to discover daily life and the background of a lunch in a Savoy residence, includes cellars, pantries, large kitchens and then the courtly halls, the minister’s study, the music lounge.

The second, recently inaugurated, is dedicated to a model made at the end of the nineteenth century on which vintage trains run through tunnels dug into the walls, landscapes, yards and stations.

The visit also includes a very rich collection of locomotives, trains, freight and passenger wagons from the 1896/1939 period.
