The New Year’s Dive “Dip in the Conca” has been an unmissable part of the Brindisi tradition for over ten years, a non-profit initiative that has always been linked to solidarity
Every year adults, seniors, but also very young people regularly authorized by their parents, meet to welcome the new year with the first dive into the sea.
An alternative way of celebrating New Year’s Eve, open to the participation of all citizens and a unique and unmissable spectacle for those who attend as spectators.
The event is held on January 1st immediately after the blessing of the waters, the countdown and the characteristic moment of diving, open to all interested parties and to those who want to experience the thrill of swimming in the sea in midwinter.
At the end, a collective “toast” as a wish for everyone.
To those who join the initiative, as every year, in exchange for a small donation the organizers will give the edition’s t-shirt
