An alma santera is a soul that embraces a very spiritual lifestyle and philosophy, between the sacred and the profane, between magical rites and superstitions, but also Music and Dance deriving directly from the African Yoruba tradition and above all from the sound of the sacred drums and this is the atmosphere that will vibrate in the air in San Foca
Tropical fruit
reigns supreme among tiki-style cocktails. We find mango, pineapple, avocado, passion fruit combined with the best spirits and, obviously, an aesthetic that recalls the atmosphere of the place.
The menu
ranges from fish to meat. Perfect appetizer for an aperitif, Nachos with Mexican sauce or with melted cheese, jalapeno, avocado and beans, but also fried foods such as onion rings in beer batter, pulled pork croqueta, octopus balls, spiced potato wedges with peel, but you can also opt for an aperitif with raw seafood such as castrensi oysters, tuna ceviche or tuna tartare and guacamole.
Tacos
stuffed with meat or fish or in a vegan version. Delicious sandwiches such as the Tropical Hamburguesa with 220g Black Angus hamburger, salad, red onion, tomato, pineapple sauce and avocado.
Plates
Skewered meat with a selection of pork, pieces of capocollo, sweet and spicy sausage, bombette and Mexican, also in the hot version with habanero and jalapeno, and also the picana, a typical and renowned cut of Latin America, Asado de Angus and sliced of tuna with Cocinero chimichurri, a delicious green sauce made with parsley, chilli pepper, garlic, olive oil, oregano, lemon and bay leaves that transports us, with its scents and aromas, right to Argentina.
Sweets
which recall South America, desserts with seasonal fruit, fresh maracuja, coconut and pineapple abacaxi ice cream, a typical Brazilian pineapple specialty.
Drink list
Quality raw materials characterized by the presence of tropical fruit in full tiki-style cocktails where we find mango, pineapple, avocado, maracuja and, obviously, the best spirits among which rum stands out.
