Norman Castle in Piazza Castello
In the “Byzantine Chapel” named after the master you can admire three large canvases donated to the Municipality by the Calogero family. The Castle tour allows tourists to fully visit the most important place in the city and discover many landscape views represented in the painter’s canvases and which they will have the opportunity to see again in the subsequent stages
Church of San Giuseppe in Piazza Castello
It can be reached through the “Villetta Jean Calogero”. Inside the Church of San Giuseppe there are 4 paintings of great artistic and chromatic depth representing The Annunciation, San Francesco D’Assisi, San Giorgio and The Flight into Egypt which Jean Calogerocreated specifically for this sacred building during the restoration works.
