An event dedicated to Gastronomy and good food, the star of the festival will be Sausage, one of the area’s excellent products.

The Santa Ninfa Sausage Festival is the most anticipated gastronomic-cultural event of the Belize summer, dedicated to one of the typical products and symbols of the local tradition: artisanal Sausage.

A tradition spanning over a century, and now, as then, it is artisanal, through various stages that include the careful selection of pork, fed naturally.

Tasting of local sausage, grilled, with variations (“creative versions”) such as stuffed sandwiches, busiate, homemade desserts, accompanied by good local wine and various traditional products.
The stands also offer refreshments with ricotta, roasted meat, typical busiate condite, and homemade desserts.

A special stand is dedicated to celiac sufferers.
Live music with local bands, performances by street Artists, and spectacular fireworks

Free admission to some Museums during the festival, including the Nino Cordio Museum and the Emigration Museum.
Free parking in the artisan area, connected to the festival area by shuttle.
