Itinerary
– Savoca (4h)
After being welcomed by our guide at your hotel, we will head towards Savoca, passing through the small villages of Sant’Alessio and Santa Teresa, until we reach Savoca.
This tiny town full of treasures will offer and welcome us at the Vitelli bar where several scenes from F. F. Coppola’s The Godfather were filmed. The bar is full of photos that talk about the film. Afterwards we will head towards the church of Santa Lucia to visit where the wedding between Apollonia and Michael Corleone took place! Free admission
– Forza d’Agrò (2h)
Moving from Savoca, we reach Forza d’Agrò, which was also featured in the film The Godfather; consider that this city appears “scenographically” in all three films.
The city will welcome us with its recent history linked to the film The Godfather, and we’ll also have the opportunity to revisit all the scenes filmed in Forza d’Agrò.
