The Flora
If animals are the reason for a visit to the Park for some, the vegetation and flora represent a beauty that often strikes and excites no less than the sighting of a deer or a buzzard.
The beauty of the habitat makes us clearly understand the need for its protection, both to allow future generations to enjoy it, and as a perfect environment for fauna.
There are around two hundred species that can be encountered along the equipped route, which winds for around three kilometers between bumps, ravines and steep slopes overlooking the Novella stream
The Wildlife
Many animal species find an ideal habitat in the Park: from large ungulates (deer, roe deer), to foxes, from squirrels, to hares, to various species of birds, such as the buzzard. There are many wildlife species that populate the Park, but this does not mean that their sighting is a given…
Dogs of all sizes are allowed to enter, as long as they are on a leash, and keeping in mind that the section of the canyon is on metal grating which could disturb your four-legged friends.
