One Hundred Chimes for Peace
Every evening, at sunset, at 9:30 pm (8:30 pm in solar time), the Bell rings One Hundred Chimes in Memory of the Fallen of all wars as a warning of Universal Peace. On Sundays it rings at 12:00.

Born from an idea of Don Antonio Rossaro (priest of Rovereto), the Bell of the Fallen of Rovereto was cast in Trento in 1924, Baptized with the name of Maria Dolens and initially placed on the Malipiero tower of the Castle of Rovereto

The current bronze, blessed by Pope Paul VI, was placed on the hill of Miravalle on November 4, 1965, from where it still dominates the city of Rovereto.
The monumental area is enriched by the flags of over 100 countries and international organizations that have joined the “Memorandum of Peace” of the Campana dei Caduti Foundation

The Area hosts a permanent Photographic Exhibition and a Video on the history of the bell

With a pleasant walk in the woods, from the Miravalle hill you can reach the Monumental Shrine of Castel Dante, which preserves the remains of twenty thousand soldiers.
