The MeVe, Veneto Memorial of the Great War, is a multimedia and interactive museum dedicated to the First World War and the events that marked the twentieth century, located in the historic complex of Villa Correr Pisani richly decorated with important Frescoes, including those of the central hall.
With its contents translated into English, French and German, it is an experience designed for everyone and accessible to all types of audiences.
A new modern and innovative way of looking at the twentieth century in relation to the landscapes, the apparatuses, the women and men who were its protagonists, with the aim of questioning our present with greater awareness.
The objects, few and highly symbolic, are part of an installation where the digital component, the immersive installations, the important video documentation and the sound design allow you to live a unique, profound and always different experience.

Bombardment Room
one of the most evocative installations, recreates the experience of a bombing through sound, visual and vibration effects, allowing visitors to perceive the sensations experienced during air raids.
Flight Simulator
allows you to “fly” a vintage aircraft, offering an interactive and realistic perspective on the air missions of the First World War.
Audioteca
a space dedicated to listening to testimonies, sounds and original stories from the war period, which immerse the visitor in the voices and noises of war.
Lanterna magia
in the Belle Époque room, this installation uses historic technology to project images and narratives from the period, evoking the atmosphere of the time.
360° battle panoramas
installations that allow you to explore digitally reconstructed war scenarios, offering an immersive view of the clashes and landscapes of the front.
